If you are planning a trip to Manly next weekend, it will be great to join the Tree Day in Manly. Come along with your friends and family and help plant areas of the creekline and adjacent slope with native plants. The event will start Sunday, 26 July 2015, at 9am and will end at 1pm.
If you want to spend even more time in Manly, book accommodation at a Manly hostel!

It is important to know that Whitney Reserve is one of Pittwater’s most popular local parks. The area consists of a large area of parkland that is used by the local community for recreation. Cahill Creek runs along the eastern side of the park. People want to gradually restore the creek. There will be also many educational activities. You will have the chance to learn great things about the garden maintenance.
The best way to feel like an Aussie is to get involved in the local events of the community. Therefore, take some of your time and come to do something for the environment! Wear appropriate clothing (long sleeves, trousers, sturdy shoes and a hat). The good news is that Council will provide you with free native plants for you to plant in your own garden.
