All of our rooms, whether private or dorm come with their own ensuite bathroom.

Mixed Dorm 4 or 6 beds - from 1 June

Dormitory style rooms with own bathroom, kitchenette and lockers. For international travellers only.
Private room - twin/double - from 1 June
From $125/night or $875/week
Twin/Double room rate is for the room – with capacity for 2 people. Includes towel and free coffee/tea

Booking policy

When booking with us directly you will be charged 30% of the cost of your total reservation.* The remaining 70% of the reservation is payable when you arrive at the property to check-in.** The balance can be paid either in cash or via card but you must present the same card you made the booking with and the name on the card must match your ID. You are not able to book your stay here with another person’s card.

* If any night of your booking falls within our peak season (18 December – 2 January) then full payment is required by 1 October, prior to the period for which you are booking.

**A 2.20% surcharge will be taken for all card payments, including the booking deposit.

 

Cancellation policy

We will refund any cancelled bookings provided they are cancelled within the minimum notice period. Our cancellation periods are dependent on the time of year and are outlined below. Please note that cancellations are not possible after check-in and we will not refund any portion of your stay should you choose to leave prior to your reservation’s end date.

 

Summer/High season: 1st October – 31st May (excluding X-mas – New Year) – 7 day cancellation policy.

During our Summer season a minimum of 7 days notice is required to cancel your booking and receive a full refund.* If you cancel within 7 days of your booking, your deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee.

 

Winter/Shoulder season: 1st June – 30th September – 48 hour cancellation policy.

During our Winter season a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel your booking and receive a full refund.* If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, your deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee.

 

Peak season (Xmas-New Year): 18th December – 2nd January – Must be fully paid by 1st of October – No refund cancellation policy.

During our peak season any cancellation will be charged full the balance of the reservation.

 

* Please note that the 2.20% card fee is not refunded when a booking is cancelled within the cancellation policy timeframe.

 

No show policy

No shows will be charged the first 2 nights’ rent or their deposit, whichever is greater. A no show is defined as a guest who does not show up for the first night of their booking.

 

Check-in process

Check-in time: 3pm

Check-out time: 10am (Fees apply for late check-outs)

Your ID and a security deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit is $50 per person for shared rooms and $100 per room for private rooms and can be paid with either cash or card. If you have indicated that you are arriving after-hours, or have not arrived before our office closes, we will automatically take a pre-authorisation from your card as a security bond. If your after-hours arrival is a one night stay we will also take full payment for the night.

 

If you arrive before 3pm for your check-in you may be able to store your luggage with us until your room is ready. When checking-out you may be able to store your luggage with us for a few hours. However, luggage storage is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

 

For after-hours check-ins please contact us. If you are checking-out prior to 10am please notify us when you check-in. If you are booking after 4:30pm on the day of your arrival please contact us as soon as you have booked.
